His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince of Ras Al Khaimah, said that the Second Package of the “Principles of the 50” Projects directed by the Wise Leadership aims to empower and care for the people of the country, as they are the essence of our development process for the next fifty years. His Highness added that supporting the country's youth to develop their skills according to the requirements of the Labor Market is a major part of the country's forward-looking vision for the future.
His Highness stressed that the Government Program to support the Private Sector "Nafis" paves the way for a qualitative shift in the job structure in the Private Sector and to enhance the presence of National Cadres in this vital sector, the strategic partner in our National Economy.
His Highness explained that this unique Government Program enhances the competitiveness of our children, enriches the work system in the Private Sector, and confirms that our journey to the new fifty years of ambition and achievement places empowering National Cadres at the forefront of priorities.
His Highness pointed out that the UAE, with the support and care of its Wise Leadership, will always remain supportive of its people, keen to launch qualitative programs and initiatives aimed at preparing citizens in an optimal manner for the Labor Market, especially the Private Sector, and rehabilitating them and providing them with the necessary skills needed for future jobs.
His Highness also praised the establishment of the Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council, which will be responsible for implementing the Government Program to support the absorption of citizens in the Private Sector. Praising the tasks that it will undertake in setting a long-term strategy for training and qualifying Emirati Competencies and Cadres and developing orientation programs for Emiratis to raise the percentage of citizens in the sector. In addition to developing initiatives, projects and programs for training and employing citizens in the Private Sector.
