The Ras Al Khaimah Municipality has launched the “Sanadak” initiative, designed to provide preferential pricing on construction materials and services for citizens building residential homes. The program is part of the Municipality’s efforts to support Emirati families and mitigate the financial burden associated with building private villas.

Through partnership with a selected group of approved companies and laboratories, the Municipality seeks to offer cost-effective options for UAE nationals building private residential villas, while ensuring compliance with established quality standards and technical requirements.

The “Sanadak” initiative specifically targets essential materials and services including ready-mix concrete, cement, and soil testing services. The initiative aims to strike a balance between cost-efficiency and structural quality, while enhancing price transparency for beneficiaries.
