Ras Al Khaimah Municipality and Dubai Land Cooperate to Support Real Estate Integration and Enhance the Investment Environment

Within the cooperation and integration endeavors among the emirates of the UAE, a delegation from Ras Al Khaimah Municipality visited Dubai Land Department. The delegation comprised Eng. Muna Al Taweel, the Executive Director of the Land and Property Sector, and Mr. Ashraf El Melegy, the Legal Consultant of the Municipality, alongside a number of officials from both sides. The meeting involved discussions aimed at developing joint efforts in the field of regulating and advancing the real estate sector. Furthermore, they addressed sharing of experiences and best practices that serve the emirate's aspirations towards an integrated and sustainable real estate environment. They also explored both sides’ latest policies and legislations concerning real estate development, highlighting the current trends in the real estate market. Moreover, they discussed future challenges and opportunities in this vital sector, as well as exchanging Practical insights and lessons derived from the regulatory and developmental experiences of each side over the past years. They highlighted the need to unify efforts and coordinate procedures among the relevant regulatory and judicial entities, thus facilitating services, accelerating real estate processes, and improving the confidence of investors, developers, and beneficiaries alike. At the end of the visit, both sides expressed their gratitude for the strong relations that connect Ras Al Khaimah and Dubai. They confirmed that the ongoing cooperation and knowledge exchange between government institutions reflect the spirit of the Union and the joint work that characterize the UAE and strengthen the comprehensive and sustainable development process observed in the nation across various sectors.
