The Unified Customer Complaint System is considered a channel that allows customers of the Government of Ras Al Khaimah to deliver their suggestions and submit their complaints related to government services and to respond to their needs and expectations as soon as possible in a positive way to achieve the excellence in governmental performance and provide the best government services to customers.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>The system seeks to achieve the following:<br \/>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Customer satisfaction of government services.<br \/>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Speedy response to expectations.<br \/>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensure handling of complaints.<br \/>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provide better government services.<br \/>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Development of relations between customers and government institutions.<\/p>\n\n<p><br \/>The advantages of the E-complain System are as follows:<br \/>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ease of use of the system.<br \/>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The ability to submit and track complains at any time from any place.<br \/>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ensuring the confidentiality of complainer&#8217;s information.\u00a0<br \/>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintaining the confidentiality of the complaint information and the concerned government institution.<br \/>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assessment of complainer satisfaction of resolving the complaint.<br \/>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The ability to re-open the complain in case of dissatisfaction.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>To submit your complain electronically, follow these steps:<br \/>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Login to Ras Al Khaima Portal www.rak.ae<br \/>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Submit a complaint by filling out the electronic complain submission form.<br \/>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keep the reference number of your submitted complaint.<br \/>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 After resolving the complain, fill the service evaluation form found on Ras Al Khaima Portal.<\/p>\n\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><br \/>Submit a Complain<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\" style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #0072c6;\">https:\/\/www.rak.ae\/wps\/portal\/rak\/e-services\/govt\/sspge\/e-complaints<\/span><\/div>\n<\/figure>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u200bUnified Customer Complaint System The Unified Customer Complaint System project was implemented in furtherance of the principle of providing added value to customers and to achieve a faster response to their requirements and expectations.
